Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports
  • Record and maintain accurate journal entries
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Support payroll processing and expense monitoring
  • Maintain and organize financial records
  • Assist with tax compliance and government report filings
  • Monitor company disbursements and ensure proper documentation
  • Provide support during audits
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
