Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll own and execute marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, paid ads, and more-aligning with local and global goals to drive recruitment, client acquisition, and community engagement in the healthcare space.

Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Mid shift (Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT)

Work Setup: Hybrid, Alabang (at least twice a week onsite)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally across social, email, paid ads, and content strategy
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Business Profile, and CMS platforms
  • Excellent written English and attention to branding and tone
  • Organized, self-motivated, and confident working remotely across time zones
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across departments to support wider organisational objectives
  • Analytical mindset with a strong creative edge

Your Daily Tasks

Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
  • Align with the national content calendar and create engaging local content
  • Create branded visuals using Canva

Website Management

  • Upload blogs, service pages, and community news using SEO best practices
  • Coordinate with the national web team for brand consistency

Email Marketing (Mailchimp)

  • Create and execute monthly newsletters for clients, Care Professionals, and community contacts
  • Segment and grow mailing lists with compliant, creative campaigns
  • Track open rates, clicks, and engagement

Google Ads & Campaign Strategy

  • Plan and optimise Google Ads for client acquisition and recruitment
  • Align campaigns with trends, seasonal activity, and team priorities

Recruitment Marketing

  • Collaborate closely with our offshore recruiter to support hiring goals.
  • Create recruitment-focused content and campaigns during peak periods.
  • Help maintain a strong applicant pipeline via social and paid media.

Local Listings & Reputation Management

  • Manage and optimise listings across platforms like Google Business Profile and Bing Places

Budget Management

  • Oversee monthly marketing budget (ad spend, tools, promotions)
  • Maximize ROI through data-backed strategies

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce monthly performance reports across all platforms: social, website, email, ads, and local listings.
  • Use data to make recommendations for improvements and future strategy.
