What We're Looking For

A strategic HR leader with experience in shared services or global business centers, able to balance compliance with innovation, drive engagement, and foster a strong, collaborative culture across diverse teams.

We are seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to lead HR strategy and operations in our Global Shared Services Business Center. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring solid HR foundations while shaping culture, talent, and organizational growth across a multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations: policies, compliance, payroll, and shared services support.
  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for a global workforce.
  • Develop training, career development, and succession planning programs.
  • Foster employee engagement, culture, and employer branding across sites.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management.
  • Build, lead, and develop the People & Culture team within the shared services setup.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a shared services, outsourcing, or multinational environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR program development.
  • Strong background in organizational development and HR project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools (SAP/Workday a plus).
