DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

  • Assists in processing and recording of transaction.
  • Assist Senior Staff in processing and analyzing accounts.
  • Handles recording in the Accounting system all transactions relating to the various financial activities of the company;
  • Assists in the preparation of Financial Statements and other financial reports to be sent to the Management;
  • Assists in Tax schedule generation and preparation for filling.
  • Reconciles all accounts for all the companies being handled; and
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and other documents needed for the internal and external audit.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must have at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
  • Open for Fresh-Graduates
  • With experience in GP or any accounting applications.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel & Google Workspace apps.
  • Must be meticulous, keen to details and a self-starter;
  • Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
