YOUR IMPACT Recruiter

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles across multiple businesses, departments, and locations
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies
  • Leverage ATS platforms and automation tools to streamline candidate pipelines and reduce time-to-fill
  • Conduct high-volume outreach, phone screens, and interview coordination with speed and precision
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
  • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles and seasonal surges
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies
  • Support onboarding (first day) processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in hourly or frontline roles
  • Strong command of ATS systems and sourcing platforms (Indeed, Workday, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills—able to manage hundreds of candidates simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing recruiting funnels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-heavy environment

  • Consultative approach to hiring—able to align recruiting efforts with operational goals
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, depending on workforce demographics
  • Resilient and resourceful—comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
