This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.If that gets you excited, let's talkAbout The RoleWe're looking for aSenior Video Editorto lead Juniper AU's editing team in Manila.You'll be hands-on editing performance content that helps women feel seen, supported, and inspired from UGC-style social ads to more polished brand campaigns. You'll also play a key leadership role in developing our editing team, giving feedback, lifting the standard, and helping the team move fast without compromising quality.You'll work closely with creatives, strategists, and performance leads to bring ideas to life through sharp storytelling, smart pacing, and strong attention to detail. And you'll help shape the systems and workflows that keep our post-production engine running smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who loves the craft of editing and wants to help lead a fast-moving team that's scaling quickly.What You'll Be DoingEdit content across a range of formats: mainly short-form paid social ads, UGC, testimonials, and cutdowns for Juniper's weight loss programLead and develop a small team of video editors in Manila: giving regular feedback, coaching on craft, and helping improve output quality and speedOwn post-production workflows end-to-end: editing, colour grading, sound design, and basic motionWork with existing raw footage (including UGC and past shoots) to create new ad variations, cutdowns, and testable formatsCollaborate with creatives, strategists, and performance marketers to turn briefs into high-performing contentMaintain clean, organised file structures and export systems to keep production running smoothlyStay across editing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing learnings and lifting standards across the teamHelp the team prioritise tasks and hit weekly content targets in a high-output, fast-paced environmentAbout You (Who You Are)3–5 years' experience editing video content, ideally in a fast-paced content or performance environmentExperience mentoring or leading other editors, and excited to help build a high-performing teamProficient in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and Davinci ResolveStrong eye for story, pacing, and performance: able to turn even basic UGC into something compellingOrganised and process-minded: you keep files tidy, workflows smooth, and timelines on trackComfortable working in a high-volume environment where creative is constantly tested and iteratedCollaborative, curious, and passionate about improving your own craft and helping others growNice to HaveExperience editing paid social ads or direct-response creativeBasic motion graphics or animation skillsExperience working with content sourced from real people (testimonials, UGC, etc.)Familiarity with editing for performance or using creative data to iterateA reel or portfolio of work you're proud ofWhy You Should Join EucOur teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
