You'll work closely with our Senior Video Editor (who you'll report into), as well as creatives and strategists to bring ideas to life through sharp storytelling, smart pacing, and a strong attention to detail.This is a fast-moving role where you'll help produce high volumes of content, work across a wide variety of formats, and keep pushing your craft in a supportive, collaborative team.What You'll Be DoingEdit content across a range of formats, mainly short-form paid social ads, UGC, testimonials, and other original video content for Juniper's weight loss programWork with raw footage (including UGC and past shoots) to create new ad variations, cutdowns, and testable formatsCollaborate with creatives, strategists, and performance marketers to turn briefs into high-performing contentSupport the Senior Editor in maintaining clean, organised file structures and export systemsContribute to a fast, efficient production pipeline and help the team hit weekly content targetsStay across editing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to your workAbout You (Who You Are)2–4 years' experience editing video content, ideally in a content or performance-led environmentProficient in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and Davinci ResolveStrong eye for story, pacing, and performance: able to take raw footage and turn it into something sharp and engagingDetail-oriented and process-minded: you keep files tidy and timelines on trackComfortable working in a high-output, test-and-learn creative environmentCollaborative, curious, and keen to grow your craft as part of a supportive post-production teamNice to HaveExperience editing paid social ads or direct-response creativeBasic motion graphics or animation skillsExperience working with content sourced from real people (testimonials, UGC, etc.)Familiarity with editing for performance or using creative data to iterateA reel or portfolio of work you're proud ofWhy You Should Join EucOur teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
