Specialist.PH is seeking a skilled Klaviyo Email Marketer with a creative eye for design. You will plan, create, and optimize high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. This role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and strong design skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You Will Do…

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.

  • Design visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates.

  • Segment audiences for targeted campaigns to improve open and click rates.

  • Write clear, engaging email copy aligned with client goals and brand voice.

  • Set up and optimize automation flows for lifecycle marketing.

  • Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rate, click-through rate, conversions).

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve performance.

  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices.

  • Collaborate with clients and team members to refine strategies.

Requirements

You might be the one we're looking for if you have…

  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, with proven Klaviyo expertise.

  • Strong design skills (experience in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools preferred).

  • Ability to create responsive, visually appealing templates.

  • Experience with audience segmentation and automation flows.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)

  • Comfortable talking to clients on the phone

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
