Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenses to ensure financial health.
  • Assist with tax compliance and external audits.
  • Use Xero (or similar accounting software) for bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Xero accounting software is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Work Setup: Full-time, onsite at BGC, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to start ASAP
