We are looking for an Enterprise Procurement Engineer.

JOB SUMMARY

The
Enterprise Procurement Engineer
is responsible for the creation and execution of category plans and strategies to maximize financial and operational performance while minimizing exposure to risks on the following areas but not limited to:

  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Telecommunications
  • Cybersecurity

The role supports the Head of Category Management for ICT – Enterprise in carrying out the procurement process based on supply chain policies, guidelines and procedures.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation and execution of category plans and strategies
  • Facilitation of contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
  • Selection of Vendors
  • Facilitation of the Evaluation of bids / tender of vendors
  • Validation and releasing of Purchase Order
  • Collaboration with various offices in the implementation of Company Policies and Guidelines on Supply Chain Management
  • Participation in the vendor accreditation activities
  • Participation and support in the quality management process and programs of Supply Chain Management

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Knowledgeable in supply chain process and standard
  • Ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, customers & colleagues.
  • Has good understanding of financial management principles and other quantitative information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Electronics Engineering or any engineering course related to ICT and Cybersecurity (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Ability to collaborate with other offices, business units of the organization, organizing and planning exercises and/or horizontal joint effort activities
  • Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining databases and working with spreadsheets and complex models
  • Has good business communication skills
  • Exhibits integrity and has good moral character
  • Preferably with progressive experience in supply chain management roles
  • Amenable for a fixed-term contract for 1 year
  • Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig City)
