Schedule & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hrs/day, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Probation Period (30 days): 4 hrs/day (EST)
Salary: 1,000 USD/month
- Probation Period (30 days): 600 USD

Job Overview
We are looking for a Project & Customer Support VA to manage, proof, upload, and retouch photo and video content on a daily basis. This role involves coordinating with clients on project timelines, assisting with media access and downloads, answering customer inquiries, and booking and managing projects on behalf of customers while maintaining clear and professional communication.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage daily workflows and ensure projects are delivered before 12 PM EST
- Perform quality checks on photo/video deliverables prior to release
- Assign and coordinate team members for incoming projects
- Book, schedule, and manage projects through our booking portal, phone, and email
- Monitor project timelines, flag issues, and ensure on-time completion
Customer Support & Client Coordination
- Handle incoming client communication via phone, text, and email
- Proactively update clients on project status and delivery timelines
- Provide customer success support by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Manage and prioritize the shared support inbox and client communications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Customer Support VA
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer workflows
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace and document management tools
Nice To Have
- Experience supporting creative, media, or real estate teams
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience managing booking or scheduling platforms
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients
