About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our dynamic team at Lamoiyan Corporation. As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimising our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of our products to our customers. This full-time position is based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive production and inventory plans to meet customer demand
  • Analyse sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Procurement and Manufacturing, to align supply and demand
  • Implement and optimise supply chain processes to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
  • Provide support and guidance to the wider team on supply planning best practices

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with experience in a supply planning or production planning role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and production scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems
  • We are open to providing training on systems for candidates with the right foundational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Engineering fields are also acceptable as alternative degree qualifications
