Job Summary:
The International Program Manager is a full-time position whose main responsibility is overseeing the entire placement process, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, partners, visa sponsors, and host companies. This role involves organizing interviews with international partners and ensuring smooth onboarding within agreed timelines. The International Program Manager also supervises the Placement Assistants / Officers, ensuring that the team meets its objectives while handling various administrative and leadership tasks. Additionally, the International Program Manager collaborates with the Placement / Program Development Director to guide the team, strategize, and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing program effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, as well as Team's productivity and well being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire placement process and supervise the placement officers; Communicate and coordinate with clients, partners, visa sponsors, host companies, government offices, and other offices relevant in the process; Ensure smooth onboarding of interns within agreed timelines with the partners; Ensure that the team meets its objectives while handling various administrative and leadership tasks; Handling placement issues and providing appropriate solutions through proper consultation with the Team/stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the Program Development Director in program development, guiding the team, strategize, and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing program effectiveness, candidate satisfaction, as well as Team's productivity and well being; Conduct trainings. Spearhead placement events.
- Ensure that portals, placement materials, reports, and monitoring are regularly updated.
- Conduct Team trainings and provide timely update to the Ediphi Team.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related
- With experience in handling people / team, process, and keen to details.
- Leadership, team and process management, technical skills.
