What You'll Do

• Gather requirements for inbound and outbound data feeds by engaging with stakeholders to ensure all necessary information is captured accurately for seamless integration into proprietary systems.
• Set up data scrubbing parameters and define calculations related to various benefits, ensuring that all configurations align with business needs and compliance standards.
• Build robust data validations and reporting mechanisms within the proprietary data cleaning system to maintain high levels of data integrity and reliability.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and local brokers to manage timing, implementation schedules, and requirements gathering for successful deployment of Data Modules.
• Participate actively in defining standard Data Modules being introduced to the Health & Benefits business, contributing insights that help shape best practices across the organisation.
• Stay informed about system enhancements and newly identified business requirements by maintaining open communication channels with technology teams and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement within standard configuration processes, proposing actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
• Take an active role in planning and preparing for data collection activities, ensuring all steps are meticulously organised for optimal results.
• Adhere strictly to governance protocols and quality assurance processes on every task undertaken, safeguarding the accuracy and consistency of deliverables.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years' experience working as a systems analyst or in a similar data configuration role, ideally within the benefits industry or related sectors.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Factory or comparable basic programming environments relevant to large-scale data processing.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools, and reporting functions.
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects effectively while meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with global teams, demonstrating accountability for timely delivery of high-standard work across diverse project groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear documentation and effective stakeholder engagement.
• A flexible approach combined with strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues quickly and implement practical solutions under pressure.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on increasing efficiency through iterative learning and proactive process enhancement suggestions.
