We are looking for an IT Sales & Support Administrator who will play a role in providing technical and administrative support for IT operations while assisting in IT sales activities. The ideal candidate is client-facing, knowledgeable about IT products, and capable of managing supplier coordination, quotations, and government-related transactions (e.g., PhilGEPS).

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist in IT sales operations, including preparation of quotations and coordination with suppliers.
  • Support government and private client accounts; PhilGEPS experience is an advantage.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide product information and technical assistance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

IT Administration & Support

  • Manage laptop and IT equipment inventory, including issuance, tracking, and retrieval.
  • Handle troubleshooting of hardware and basic network issues.
  • Oversee internet connectivity and coordinate with providers for service concerns.
  • Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware/software/internet).
  • Maintain updated documentation of IT assets and usage.

Others

  • Support ISO-related documentation and compliance activities within the IT scope.
  • Systems Automation & Development: Power Automate, , Zapier

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, IT support, or administrative functions.
  • Knowledgeable in IT products (laptops, networking, software, etc.).
  • Experience handling government clients and PhilGEPS transactions is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving technical or administrative issues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with basic procurement and quotation processes.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
