Processing of Accounts Payable Trade and Non- Trade.
Checking and collation of supporting documents which includes receiving of Sales Invoice from the supplier for countering.
Encoding of data entries to the ERP system
Processing of liquidation of the Petty Cash Fund
Processing of last pay of employees
Preparation of Summary of EWT
Preparation of Summary of Input Tax
Preparation of Summary of Weekly Purchases
Receiving of documents from the plant
Filing of documents per supplier
Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for the supplier
Filing of Potato Corner payments
Audit requirements of BIR
Other related responsibilities
Update of ERP entries
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES STAFF
Preparation of Sales Invoices for all deliveries
Preparation and forwarding of monthly Statements of Account (SOA)
Preparation of Aging of Receivables with Account Executives
Follows up collections
Preparation and sending of Collection letters
Preparation of monthly billings for aggregates
Preparation of monthly Sales Report
Update of ERP entries
Accounts reconciliation with customers
Reconciliation of Sales Invoices versus Delivery Receipts
