What you'll focus on

Own and manage General Ledger tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustmentsEnsure timely completion of working papers for month-end close and audit preparationMaintain compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policiesSupport internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentationIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesCollaborate with other finance functions to produce financial reports with clarity and accuracyLeverage Excel and big data tools to analyze trends and support decision-making

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)2+ years of relevant experience in audit or end-to-end general ledger operationsStrong analytical mindset and a knack for solving complex problemsAdvanced Excel skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.Experience handling month-end/year-end closing and reconciliationFamiliarity with financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax complianceGreat communicator with a proactive and detail-oriented attitudeTeam player who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
