Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2 1550

Work Schedule : Hybrid, twice a week Onsite

Shift Schedule: 8 pm - 7am Manila

Night Shift Position

Position Type: 6 Months Contract

  • Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Job Requirements

Summary:

  • As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Develop and implement automated test scripts.
  • Conduct testing activities to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes.
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in test automation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Selenium
  • Additional Good to Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, Agile Testing
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and executing test cases.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in test scripts.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Selenium.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.

Additional Must have skills

  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, including libraries like Selenium , Library, Requests Library, etc.
  • Expertise in exception handling within Robot Framework and Python scripts.
  • Strong Python programming skills writing clean, modular, and object-oriented code.
  • Deep understanding of locator strategies XPath, CSS Selectors, dynamic element identification, etc.
  • Experience in analyzing test failures and debugging issues efficiently.
  • Background in Salesforce application Good to have
  • Number of years experiences needed: Minimum of 3 years
