We're looking for driven Property Consultants who can turn leads into closed deals and build strong client relationships. In this role, you'll handle property tours, presentations, and negotiations with both developers and sellers. If you're results-oriented, motivated to grow your earnings, and eager to fast-track your career, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle marketing-generated leads and close sales
  • Manage and build your own pipeline
  • Work on-site conducting property visits, site oculars and client meetings within Metro Manila and nearby cities.
  • Guide clients through the buying process and build strong relationships
  • Coordinate with developers and sellers on RFO & pre-selling inventory
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Who We're Looking For

  • 2-3 of Real Estate/property sales experience
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Skilled in client presentations and negotiations
  • Reliable, results-oriented, and motivated to grow earnings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
