We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and adaptable teacher to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and is passionate about Mathematics education. You'll wear many hats—mentor, playmate, instructor, and consultant—all while working closely with students aged 3 to 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Singapore Math to students from preschool to senior high school
  • Work with small class sizes (maximum 5 students per class, same subject but different levels)
  • Use the inquiry-based and self-learning teaching approach (training provided)
  • Deliver engaging, playful sessions with our youngest students (ages 3 and up)
  • Encourage analytical and problem-solving skills through our Singapore Math syllabus
  • Monitor progress and prepare individualized lesson plans
  • Conduct both face-to-face classes
  • Handle student assessments, parent inquiries, class records, and teaching materials
  • Assist with classroom management, behavior guidance, and a fun yet structured learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with both parents and students in English or Tagalog
  • Be a patient, approachable, and strict mentor who loves teaching and lifelong learning

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong in Math and comfortable solving math challenges
  • Loves working with children and teens; playful with little kids, focused with older ones
  • Approachable, reliable, and adaptable to shifting tasks and student needs
  • Willing to be trained in Singapore Math methodology
  • Open to feedback, team collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Patient, kind, likeable, but firm and consistent

 Location: Marikina City (Onsite) & Remote (Zoom Classes)

 Work Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
