General Description

The Claim and Reconciliation Senior Associate will manage the end-to-end process of vendor debit ACOP and special pricing claims. This includes claim submission, collections, rejection handling, and resolution of exceptions. The role requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong dispute resolution capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across functions. The portfolio includes HP, a high-value and complex vendor, requiring careful oversight, attention to detail, and strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end processing of vendor debit ACOP and special pricing claims.
  • Monitor collections and ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
  • Investigate and resolve rejections, disputes, and exceptions within the portfolio.
  • Perform root cause analysis of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure compliance.
  • Provide oversight for high-value vendor accounts, with a particular focus on HP.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to track claim performance and support audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience handling high-volume transactions with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of exception and dispute resolution processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ERP or finance systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
  • Background in vendor debits, claims, reconciliation, or P2P processes is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
