Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical and clinical support to the customers such troubleshooting, installations and commissioning of medical equipment.
  • Responsible in continuous corresponding with suppliers/principals and customers on the service-related issues.
  • Responsible in scheduling for the preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and servicing of medical equipment
  • Responsible in providing support for cases and equipment demo
  • Keep track of spare parts usage and ordering.
  • Maintain proper regular reporting and updating.
  • Tracking of machine and environmental performance
  • Any ad hoc duties or project as assigned.
  • Willing to handle areas based on their residence.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in electronic/electro-mechanical engineering, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Bioengineering/Biomedical or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience specializing in medical devices/products/equipment industry.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in MS office- PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of Government bidding process is a plus.
  • Effective time management and requires minimal supervision.
  • With positive working attitude and able to embrace Transmedic's Guiding Principles.
  • Practice integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times.
  • Preferably residing in NCR.
