The Financial Reporting Manager facilitates the entire process of preparing important reports and earnings statements, by gathering and documenting data and reviewing reports for regulatory compliance. He/She is responsible for the preparation of board reports, year-end audit and the support of budget and forecast activities. Part of the role is to review reports to analyze trends and help management make important financial decisions that will impact the Company's budget and finances.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily activities for Accounting, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting and Treasury. Manage the monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Monitor and perform studies to interpret financial actions and modify accounting processes; provide technical advice and recommend improvements. Coordinate with various teams and perform complex analysis; prepare reports to summarize financial data. Collaborate with other departments to support the overall brand's goals and objectives.
Support and assist the Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements. Review the financial reports of the Company and recommend steps on how to manage Company expenses. Coordinate with all Brands in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing insights for better financial allocations.
