Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team. This role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing financial results, and maintaining internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated and/or stand-alone financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Analyze monthly financial results and variances, providing actionable items to global accounting if required.

  • Prepare applicable government reporting (e.g. Census data, National Statistics).

  • Maintain internal controls over financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, with a basic understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.

Talents Needed For Success:

  • Basic analytical skills and intermediate excel skills.

  • Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g. Workiva, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
