CAD Operator

Modular Majestics, a fast-growing design and build company, is looking for CAD Operator with CNC knowledge. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, production layouts, and machine-ready files to support fabrication and manufacturing operations. The role also involves preparing CNC programs, ensuring accuracy of designs, and coordinating with production teams to achieve high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

CAD Drafting & Design

• Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, or equivalent).
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and engineering notes to develop detailed layouts.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback or design changes.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and meet industry and company standards.

CNC Programming & Operation

• Prepare CNC machine programs based on CAD drawings.
• Convert drawings to CNC-compatible formats
• Coordinate with machine operators to ensure correct loading, tooling, and settings.
• Assist in troubleshooting CNC errors and adjusting programs when needed.

Production & Coordination

• Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and machinists.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and compatible with CNC capabilities.
• Assist in preparing cutting lists, materials, and fabrication instructions.
• Monitor project progress and provide support during production.

Quality Control

• Identify design or machine issues and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, Drafting, or related technical field.
• Proven experience as a CAD Operator or Draftsman.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and basic programming.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC control panels
• Understanding of fabrication, machining, or metalworking processes.
• Ability to operate CNC machines is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
