Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of new styles, from concept to prototype.
  • Support fabric and material selection with guidance from the Creative Supervisor.
  • Conduct trend research (local and global) and help create mood boards, seasonal themes, and color palettes.
  • Prepare visual presentations, linesheets, and sample collections for internal reviews and buy meetings.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising Team for style finalization based on sales feedback and approvals.
  • Assist in preparing basic technical drawings and specification sheets (tech packs) for suppliers and production teams.
  • Monitor sample development and participate in fitting reviews, providing notes based on design direction.
  • Maintain and organize creative documentation, including design files, swatches, and product references.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Creative mindset with knowledge of fashion trends and design processes.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to collaborate and support a fast-paced design team.
  • Willing to work in Parañaque City (Near SM Bicutan)
