AUTOMATION SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise design teams' to design machines that meets the operating window within the target required by commissioning and the Manufacturing requirements. Collaborate with Clients to determine design requirements and specifications Plan and execute mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs (Solidworks CAD Software) Provide project leadership to improve existing products associated in manufacturing process Prepare technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Provide project status of assigned task list items to level engineers QUALIFICATIONS Candidate/s must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering With at least 5-7 years of experience in an Electronics Manufacturing company Has an ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of designers. Has proficiency in advanced CAD software and oversee complex design projects Adept in planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple design projects Has the ability to prepare and present technical reports and design reviews. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and efficiently work under pressure. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) Good communication skills; both orally and writing. Well organized, methodical, and thorough approach to work Willing to be assigned in FPIP Site. Experience setting up various robot communication protocols (DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet IP). Proficient in Syntax Programming (Visual Basic, Phyton, Vission System).
