Salary Rate: PHP 21,500 plus 2k in allowances

Salary Increase: Salary Increase upon regularization, annual raises based on performance appraisals.

Process Ninjas is looking for a seasonal support agent agents to support our client's business operations. This is a 4-month position with the option to extend to a regular employment contract if there are openings available on the team.

  1. Technical Support - This agent will work with on a project for a market research company to provide customer support and troubleshooting for customers who use their online tools.

Hybrid Work Setup: This position is open for 2 days office, 3 days work from home for qualified candidates who can meet hardware and home workspace requirements.

Operating Hours: Daytime in the US, overnight in the Philippines.

Expectations:

  • Assist the client in other tasks related to their support operations.
  • All written and spoken communication in English requires a high level of professionalism
  • Clear English pronunciation a must
  • Empathy and patience are critical
  • Observe current practices and provide improvements to processes
  • Flexibility in scheduling - daytime or nighttime shifts
  • Willingness to move to new projects and adapt to changing workflows

Qualifications

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Fluency and neutral accent required for this position.
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working with teammates or independently
  • Attention to detail and desire to learn

Work From Home Qualifications - Agents who wish to work from home in our hybrid working arrangement must meet our project requirements and be validated by management as fit to work from home. Agents must have:

  • Private working space with no external noise that can be heard during calls - traffic, neighborhood noise, roosters or other animals.
  • Minimum 30mbps high-speed internet
  • Personal computer with minimum system requirements
