About the role

As an Accounting Assistant at SHOWCASE DISPLAY CONCEPTS, INC.', you will play a key role in supporting the company's finance and accounting operations. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and will involve a range of bookkeeping and accounting tasks to help maintain the financial health of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Support the month-end and year-end close process, including the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed, such as filing and data entry
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
