About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at knj seoul mart inc.' in Batangas Calabarzon. As a vital member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day bookkeeping processes. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately recording and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and petty cash
  2. Preparing and processing payroll, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance documents
  3. Generating financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  4. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  5. Providing administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  6. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
  2. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
  3. Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and bookkeeping best practices
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider Accounting team and cross-functional stakeholders
