Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the computation and processing of the semi-monthly payroll for the employees of Benby Group of Companies.
  • Ensure accurate computation and remittance of government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax withholdings.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data and update changes to benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for the timely submission of required employee data for payroll processing.
  • Monitor and track attendance, leaves, and overtime to ensure accuracy in payroll computation.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports, tax filings, and other related documents as required by government agencies.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including supporting the finance team in payroll reconciliation tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources (HR), or any related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in payroll processing or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of government-mandated contributions and remittances (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax withholdings).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Familiarity with MS Teams, Outlook, and Viber for communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite full-time in Banawe, Quezon City.
