  • Respond to incidents within SLA timelines, escalating to leadership when required.
  • Proactively detect and prevent issues through monitoring, health checks, and ad hoc support services.
  • Create, maintain, and update solution documentation and manage the knowledge database.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, weekend/holiday coverage, and post-incident reviews.
  • Provide consultation on escalation procedures, issue handling, and process improvements.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to projects in functional roles such as Designer, Tester, or Implementer, when required.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and workloads to meet dynamic business demands.
