We are looking for a
Chrome OS Application Developer
to join our development team and support the creation and optimization of
Point-of-Sale (POS) applications
designed for Chrome OS environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
Chrome OS
,
Flutter
, and mobile or cross-platform development tools such as
Xcode
and
Code Magic
. This role involves building user-friendly, reliable, and secure POS systems that seamlessly integrate with hardware peripherals and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain POS applications optimized for Chrome OS.
  • Build and deploy cross-platform solutions using Flutter and related frameworks.
  • Utilize Xcode and Code Magic for building, testing, and automating app deployment.
  • Configure and manage Chrome OS enterprise settings
  • Ensure smooth hardware integration with POS peripherals (receipt printers, scanners, card readers, etc.).
  • Collaborate with backend developers and designers to create efficient and scalable application features.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment support as needed.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience developing or deploying apps for
    Chrome OS
    or Android/Flutter environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart language.
  • Familiarity with Xcode (for iOS builds) and Code Magic (for CI/CD automation).
  • Understanding of Chrome OS app configuration, deployment, and device management.
  • Experience working with cloud services (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in POS system development or retail-based application projects.
  • Familiarity with hardware API integration and payment systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux environments or shell scripting.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for responsive cross-platform design.
