Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Specialist / Sales Officer to join our growing team. This role requires initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to account turnover. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their security challenges, presenting service solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, digital outreach, etc.).
  • Conduct prospecting activities to understand client needs, pain points, and security challenges.
  • Present and tailor security service proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the client organization.
  • Navigate the buying process, identifying who is involved in decision-making and how to engage them effectively.
  • Close new business deals and ensure smooth turnover to the account management team once the account is active.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve service offerings and strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree of Business Management or other related courses.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or security-related industries.
  • Strong track record of independently generating and closing leads.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to uncover customer pain points and craft compelling solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of initiative, independence, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php60,000.00 per month
