Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance of training records and resources.
  • Coordinates with subsidiary HRs/Recruitment with regards to the onboarding orientation for new hires.
  • Conduct new-hire onboarding orientation (NHO).
  • Facilitates training and preparation of training materials.
  • Assist the team in preparation of training handouts, editing of training materials.
  • Prepare and oversee training support requirements, such as supplies and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,200.00 per month
