Group Sales Manager

Hires, trains, supervises and motivates a team of Group Sales Officers to ensure achievement of new Group business Sales Targets for the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Achieves growth and exceeds sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  2. Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure strong presence on a given territory
  3. Recruits, coaches and monitors individual performance of Group Sales Officers
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with clients, brokers and partner agencies
  5. Reports sales and realistic forecasts to the management team
  6. Recommends annual budget and ensures expenses are adequately regulated

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader handling corporate accounts
  2. Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
  3. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and leadership qualities
  4. Experienced in sales and business management
