BRIEF DESCIRPTION

The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, investments, and financing strategies to ensure financial stability and optimal use of funds. The role safeguards company assets by maintaining adequate liquidity, monitoring financial risks, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and banking regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing daily cash flow operations and maintaining sufficient liquidity for business needs.
  • Preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts and funding requirements.
  • Overseeing bank accounts, fund transfers, and payment schedules.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with banks and negotiating favorable financing terms.
  • Managing loan facilities, investments, and financial instruments to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Monitoring and mitigating financial risks such as liquidity, credit, and foreign exchange exposure.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and government regulations.
  • Leading the treasury team, ensuring accuracy in reporting, reconciliation, and documentation.
  • Preparing regular treasury reports and providing financial insights to management for decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, banking, or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, treasury management software, and MS Office applications.
