Casterly Ventures Corp. is a trusted provider of technology solutions, specializing in comprehensive support and services for our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join our dedicated team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot printer malfunctions, including hardware and software issues.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of printers (inkjet, laser, etc.).

  • Install and configure printers and associated software.

  • Provide technical support to clients and users regarding printer operation and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain an inventory of printer supplies and parts, ensuring timely ordering as needed.

  • Document service performed and maintain accurate records for each job.

  • Stay updated on the latest printer technologies and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Printer Technician or in a similar technical role.

  • Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

  • Familiarity with different types of printers and their components.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) as they relate to printers.

  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Ability to lift and transport heavy printers and equipment as needed.
