Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a combination of education, technical skills, creativity, and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (optional but helpful).
  • Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Must have knowledge in design principles such as typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Must be creative – with strong artistic sense and originality, ability to translate ideas into visual concepts, branding and identity design.
  • Capable to create logos and promo handles.
  • Experience working with brand, marketing and advertising agency is a plus.
  • Must provide a Portfolio of work (most important qualification).
  • Good communication and ability to take feedback.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple files/projects.
  • work on-site (Mon–Wed) with remote setup (Thu–Fri).
