Main Duties:

  • PROPERLY SEGREGATES UTENSILS 100% BEFORE BRINGING TO KITCHEN
  • ALWAYS USES A NEWLY WASHED WIPER PER TABLE
  • ALWAYS PUT CHAIRS BACK FIRST BEFORE BUSSING OUT WHEN CUSTOMERS LEAVE
  • BUSSOUT WHEN CUSTOMER IS FINISHED DINING 60%
  • SWEEP & MOP FLOOR EVERY MORNING
  • PROPERLY CLEANS THE TOILET DAILY (CHECK TISSUE ROLL, GARBAGE CAN, WASHES TOILET SEAT COVER)
  • CLEANS GLASS PANEL DAILY
  • PRE - BUSOUT WHEN CUSTOMER IS FINISHED DINING 60%
  • ALL GLASS AND CHINESE SPOONS SHOULD BE THE FIRST (PUT IN ONE EMPTY BOWL)
  • PUT ALL CHOPSTICK, SHABU-SHABU LADLE IN ONE POT BOWL
  • SOUP BOWL, SPICES PLATE, SATE PLATE PUT IN EACH POT BOWL (STACK ON TOP OF EACHOTHER)
  • CLEAN THE TABLES AND TABLE SETUP

*Day off once a week between Mon - Fri

*With incentive Monthly Service Charge (6,000)*Daily Tip php)
