· Attends to crew concerns relative to visa and other on-line assistance services

· Encodes crew data depending on the crew's visa requirement

· Ensures the correctness of encoded crew data relevant to the crew's visa application

· Submits all the required reports on time

  • Edit and take photos for ID processing
