Skills:

  • Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Perform key accounting processes, specifically the accounts payable process, ensuring that it books all costs in the correct period and that all transactions are recorded in a timely manner;
  • Ensure correct and timely filing and payment of BIR returns and government contributions
  • Audit and process non trade billings
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Amenable to work in Novaliches, Caloocan
