-Have proven experience in project support, coordination, or administration within construction, architecture, or interior design sectors in Australia (non-negotiable)
-Have practical, hands-on experience with Xero, particularly in accounts receivable and invoicing processes
-Are highly proficient in Excel with hands-on experience using complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
-Are highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and great attention to detail
-Have excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders
-Are eager to learn new tools such as WordPress website updates
-Are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
