Role Summary

Position: Business Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Type: Full Time

Salary: Competitive, with 13th month pay and monthly allowances

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive customer service across digital channels
  • Support HR admin and recruitment processes
  • Provide executive assistance including diary and travel management
  • Coordinate internal communications and reporting
  • Maintain digital filing and data systems
  • Assist with invoicing and basic finance tasks
  • Help build and maintain smooth operating procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, HR, or executive support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud tools
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Backup internet and power supply required

Preferred Skills

  • Background in shipping/logistics, customs broking, or a shipping line
  • Experience with HR systems and remote executive support
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping or finance
  • Exposure to working with Australian businesses
