Graphic Designer (Modern, Minimalist Style – Digital & Print Projects)
Remote, Contractor Role | $7–$10/hour | 10 hours/week to start | Room to grow

We're looking for a highly skilled and organized graphic designer to support our small but growing business with a variety of design projects — both for our in-house brand (a children's education company) and for a diverse group of clients, which may include high-end retail shops, private schools, online coaches, and more. You'll work directly with our internal team; we'll manage all client communication.

This role is perfect for someone with a robust design portfolio, a keen eye for layout and minimalism, and experience creating for high-end/luxury brands.

This is a remote, project-based contractor position starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a long-term role. We currently work with a small team of talented virtual assistants from the Philippines and love collaborating with them.

Responsibilities:
> Create clean, minimalist designs of all types (social media graphics, worksheets, menus, website banners, brochures, brand guides, email visuals and more) for both print and digital.
> Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all assets
> Organize and deliver files using clear naming conventions and layered source files
> Collaborate using our project management system (Upgrade to see actual info) to track tasks, deadlines, and revisions

Requirements:
> Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, editorial, or minimalist design
> Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
> Strong grasp of typography, spacing, and composition
> Comfortable designing for both print and digital platforms
> Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
> Ability to take creative direction and respond to feedback with professionalism
> Consistently meets deadlines

Nice to Have (Not Required):
> Familiarity with project management software
> Experience preparing assets for professional print
> Understanding of basic marketing principles
> Basic knowledge of branding strategy and visual storytelling
> Experience with Wix Studio or Go High Level

Compensation & Details:
> $7–$10/hour USD, depending on experience
