RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal product teams within the assigned market.
  • Act as an individual contributor with the ability to operate independently while providing guidance to a small coding team (2–5 members).
  • Conduct code and deliverable reviews to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
  • Perform validations and contribute directly to delivery outputs.
  • Assess market-specific assets, rules, benefits, and coding to evaluate feasibility and alignment with business needs.

Domain Knowledge:

  • Rules & Benefits Development – Design and maintain FWA detection rules, claims processing logic, and billing schedule frameworks.
  • Reference Data Management – Build and validate value sets, concepts, and reference lists to support accurate claims adjudication.
  • Data Validation & Review – Perform audits, peer reviews, and quality checks to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Research & Trend Analysis – Monitor APAC and global guidelines on FWA, coding standards, and industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership & Guidance – Mentor and review work of small coding teams (2–5 members); act as market-level point of contact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear reporting to clients and internal partners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php120,000.00 per month
