About Our Client
A doctor-led dermatology company specializing in science-based, non-invasive skin solutions.
Job Description
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing clinic team to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Oversee the clinic's daily operations to ensure seamless, client-centric service delivery.
  • Manage staff schedules and rotations to optimize workforce efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L oversight, cost management, and revenue growth.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control to support sales and minimize loss.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Clinic Manager Should Have
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinic or team management, preferably in a medical, aesthetics, or beauty environment.
  • Proven leadership and people development capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of P&L, financial data interpretation, and operational planning.
  • Professional, adaptable, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Greenhills or Vertis North (2HC needed)
