Job Title: Axure AI Engineer (AU)

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Hybrid (6AM to 3PM)

What you'll be doing:

  • AI app development: Design, test, and deploy AI applications (chatbots, copilots, copilots for business apps) using Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and AKS.
  • Azure AI services: Build solutions with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Speech), and Cognitive Search.
  • Copilot Studio integration: Configure, customize, and extend Copilot Studio copilots, integrating them with enterprise data and workflows.
  • Knowledge & RAG engineering: Implement RAG pipelines with Cognitive Search, Dataverse, and vector DBs to deliver contextual AI.
  • Data pipelines: Build and manage pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Fabric for ingestion and transformation.
  • Monitoring & observability: Operate Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for reliability and cost control.
  • Advanced Copilot Studio skills: Extend copilots with Power Automate flows, connectors, and integration into Power Apps and Power Pages.
  • Multi-LLM orchestration: Use Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LiteLLM for model routing and fallback.
  • Infrastructure automation: Deploy via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, codified in Bicep/ARM/Terraform.
  • Enterprise integrations: Connect copilots to CRM, ERP, and LMS systems for business workflows.
  • Optimization: Enhance copilots with custom prompts, plugins, and RAG knowledge bases.
  • Security & compliance: Apply Azure AD/Entra ID RBAC, Key Vault, and governance policies.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Experience: 3–6 years in AI/ML engineering or cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure.
  • Programming: Strong in Python and/or C# a plus).
  • Azure stack: Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Cognitive Search, Dataverse, Azure SQL, vector DBs, and Copilot Studio.
  • Delivery: Proven deployment of copilots and AI solutions in production.
  • Education: Bachelor's in computer science, AI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred

  • Certifications: AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate), DP-100, AZ-204, AZ-400.
  • Copilot Studio customization: Experience building copilots with custom connectors, plugins, and Power Platform integration.
  • Prompt engineering & RAG best practices.
  • Enterprise-scale deployments: Integrating copilots into enterprise ecosystems.
