Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Location: Diliman, Quezon City

Job Description:

As our Inventory Control Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth inventory operations and accurate stock management. Your contributions will support home staging projects, events, pop-ups, and online platforms, helping maintain our company's commitment to quality and efficiency.

1. Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory.
  • Confirm safe stock levels for online platforms to prevent shortages.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert the team when restocking is necessary.

2. Event and Activity Support:

  • Track inventory released for home staging projects, pop-ups, and bazaars.
  • Document items sold or returned and update inventory records accordingly.

3. Stock Receiving and Quality Control:

  • Assist in receiving new stock, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Identify and report rejected or damaged items.

4. Order Fulfillment Assistance:

  • Help with order packing and processing as needed.

5. Inventory Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports to support decision-making.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • A bachelor's degree would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and inventory platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and data management.
