(QC) warehouse associate inspects inbound and outbound products to ensure they meet established quality, safety, and compliance standards before they enter or leave the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incoming Inspection: Visually inspect and sample incoming products to verify they match purchase orders and meet quality standards, and quarantine any non-conforming items.
  • Outgoing Inspection: Conduct final quality checks on products and packaging before shipment to ensure they comply with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
  • Record Keeping: Document all inspection results, discrepancies, damaged products, and corrective actions in detailed reports and logs.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify quality issues, such as product damage or incorrect items, and report them to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures and collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve quality concerns and improve overall efficiency.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards and operate basic warehouse equipment as needed for inspections.
